I am a professional in NY who dreamed of owning a property in the Caribbean. I found the perfect place. Since there are expenses with maintaining it, I decided to share it with others as long as they can respect it. My hope is that they love it and take care of it as much as I do. It is a beautiful closed complex with wonderful amenities. Besides having 4 pools in the complex, there are many restaurants in the area, there is a shopping center across the street with great stores, banks, restaurants, supermarket, movie theater and a night club. There is a mini mart in the store in the complex which allows for late night shopping of any essentials from drinks, snacks or cleaning supplies. Be aware that you have to agree to the rental agreement and also the cleaning fee is only for the check-out cleaning because it has to be left ready for the next guest. If you would like someone to clean and cook for you, you can have someone for $25 a day (which you would pay directly to her).
