I purchased this property to renovate and sell, mainly because I loved the view overlooking the Sakonnet. But it was a big project, and after spending many days in lovely Little Compton, I absolutely fell in love! So instead of a run of the mill rehab, I decided to stretch a bit, make it a creative project, and create a comfortable place where I and my kids could escape. I used an eclectic mix of old and new materials, devoted the entire second floor to a stunning master suite, and then furnished it for maximum comfort and aesthetic appeal. The only issue is paying for all that :) So I'm going to try to pay some bills with vacation rentals, and share this amazing spot with others! Steve
