Our family purchased the home as a rental property in 2009, knowing that it would be easy to find great tenants for the property in this popular neighborhood.
We recently decided to remodel and turn it into a vacation rental. The location is perfect for out-of-towners in love with (or ready to fall in love with) San Diego. We certainly have enjoyed living in SD both when we were young and single, then as a dating couple, and now raising our kids here.
Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The home is fully furnished and has all the amenities to make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable.
