Sue & Steve have a passion for all things floridian, and after holidaying and getting married there in 2002, we took the plunge to buy our dream home, and not regreted any second of it.
All our guests have become our friends and return to our home time & time again.
Sue works for a cancer hospice part time after working in finance for over 30 yrs.
Where as I work for myself in the automotive industry, and have a keen interest as a pilot in the aviation world.
After looking at lots of estate's we found tuscan ridge to be perfect for us. What sold it to us was the space between the homes as they all sit on a minimum 120ft lot. Giving a spacious feel to the estate. when we had the home built, we had it built with two families in mind by having two identical master bedroom suites, with full En-suite facilities to make the stay more enjoyable. Without the feeling your giving the best bedroom to your friends.
