Paula and Dan are your hosts and caretakers of the property. They share my passion for our paradise property. I am an osteopathic ER and Internal Medicine Board certified physician. My whole life I have had a passion for exotic fruit, gardening in general, flowers and palms. Finally I am lucky enough to create a permaculture farm in paradise overlooking the black sand beach on an ocean cliff where waterfalls, rainbows, whales jumping (Jan-March) and incredible 1000 ft. cliffs back up soothing ocean views out to Maui in the Northwest.

I love nature, surfing, swimming, skiing, easy hikes, great food, travel, great conversations, trying or experiencing something new and different! Mostly my nine year old daughter means the world to me.

Hale Kukui is a vacation destination also a great stepping stone for the whole Big Island.
See all the way down to the southeast with nothing but vast ocean from your bed. Enjoy fruit picking for free. Relax on this epic property unparalleled anywhere
