i'm 53 living in Lima peru for the next couple of years. This house was build by us following a design we liked with some differences to suit our taste. It has been rented for the past 2 years and we keep a gardener and cleaning lady included in the price rate. We love this house and use it a couple of months per year , usually on vacation time.
