I was lucky to be born and raised on the island of St. Maarten. My father comes from the small French town of Grand Case. He moved to the Dutch side at an early age and later in life met my mother who had moved down from the US to work at a hotel on the island. My grand parents had sold everything in Connecticut and moved the family to the island in the 60's to open Mary's Fancy Plantation hotel. Back in those days it was the place to stay. I attended American University in Washington DC and love the lifestyle St. Maarten allows. Since graduating from university in 1992, I have worked for years handling vacation rentals to St. Maarten / St. Martin. I always enjoyed assisting people find the perfect rental property on the island and making their holiday a success. Aqualina Beach Club unit 401 is the first property that I own and do vacation rentals. I started in January of 2013 and the property has rented very well.
