We have been visiting the Yucatan for many years and when we discovered the Tulum beaches we started thinking about a plan to live down here part or full-time. We have been here most of the time for over 5 years now and really love our life and adventure in Tulum Mexico. We have made our home a place for living, not just a vacation rental, you'll find everything you need and more with the details that typically are not offered at other rentals. We even include the use of two bikes with the rental for quick trips to town for supplies, there's a grocery store within walking distance as well.

The condo is close to town with a variety of shopping options and many restaurants to chose from. We are also a very short drive to the beach, about 5-10 minutes depending on the beach area.

We think the jungle condo option is better in many ways from the on beach options, we have AC and a pool, satellite TV and all the comforts of home.
