We are a family of 5 (3 kids; two girls of 8 and 6 and our son of 4) and have been living in this neighbourhood (centrum/oud west/westerpark area) since 1995. In 2000 we also lived in Washington DC for a couple of years. Marc is an MD and Brenda a graphic designer. We like to travel, go to the theater and concerts. We also like to bike around the city and the country.

What we really like about the apartment is the nice and quiet and relaxing view over the canals. The area we live in is a great and vibrant area, with a lot of shops, restaurants, coffeecorners, venues and bars within walking distance. It's very close to all the amsterdam highlights (10 minutes to Anne Frank house for instance), but on a quit canal.
