The house is located in Playacar, private residential area, with 24 hours security, very relaxing and quiet., 10 minutes from downtown of Playa del Carmen.
We have 2 king-size bedrooms with bathroom ( one of them with a large patio ) and 1king size and 1 double bedrooms with bathroom to share. If necessary we can put individuals beds.
Big and confortable living room, full equipped kitchen and laundry room.
Services included : air conditioning, wi-fi, televisions, rooms cleaning with change of towels and linens, bikes,
Breakfast if required ( extra charge )
From the house, you will access easily to the private beach, tennis court and swimming- pool .
A golf court as well, is in the area, not included in the rent.
