I'm a 50-year-old urban planner living in a beautiful apt (renovated and redesigned by my architect parents) in central Tel Aviv. I often sublet my flat when I travel abroad, and so far it's always worked out beautifully. I leave you my spare bike and a list of my "Tel Aviv favorites" (cafes, restaurants, etc.) to make the most of your stay.
The flat comes with my 2-year-old CAT- Chupchik! He gets along with all guests (he's used to it) and climbs down from the balcony to do his stuff in the yard below, so no litter box!
This is my home -- not a bare, minimalist "apt.for rent" -- so I ask you to treat it with respect!
