Hello! My name is Felicity Ausden, married with four grown up children. I have two properties the cottage, in the grounds of our house, and our own holiday home in Dublin, Dublinletfor2, which is also sometimes available. I am Irish and my husband is English. We have French grandchildren. We have been letting Sansome House Cottage since Christmas 2005 and have very much enjoyed personally welcoming a huge variety of guests since then, the majority coming from North America and we have some returners who have come every second year almost since we began letting. We feel particularly pleased when we have repeat visitors, who are now our friends. Our listing is on FlipKey we have been with Holiday Lettings for years (another Trip Advisor company) and have acquired most of our 52 Trip Advisor reviews through them.When I am not seeing to the cottage I am busy in our garden. We have an extensive flower, fruit and vegetable garden and I share as much of this with my guests as possible although there is no accounting for weather and garden pests. We have lived here in our 300 year old house (recent research points to 1720), since 1979 so know the area well and can help with planning trips and advising even before you arrive for your stay. We have had people stay any length of time from 3 days to 3 months (a stay this long is only available in the winter months).
