I am a professional speaker and corporate trainer. I travel often for my business.

This house is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to Center City and the Sports Complex. It's an old Italian neighborhood filled with great restaurants and takeout (especially Italian). It is only three blocks to the subway and only four stops to center city. Two to the Sports Complex. There is street parking if you prefer to drive. In Center City you will find theater, movie theaters, restaurants, cultural events, museums and historical landmarks of all kinds. Philly has a great history and vibe. People are friendly, the food is great, and there is lots to see and explore.

The house is spacious and very nice. A historical, but recently renovated row house with modern decoration. It has central air, a back patio with barbecue and outside furniture. The basement is a finished
