Having loved the Caribbean all our lives we settled on St. Croix for several reasons. St. Croix is a US territory which makes it easy for traveling: no passport, English speaking, and uses US currency. St. Croix is also a gorgeous island with rich history, friendly people and some of the most beautiful blue green Caribbean waters you’ll ever find. There is so much to do in St. Croix we knew we would never get tired of being here. Pelican Cove is a perfect place for us, our friends and family to escape the frigid winters of Cincinnati, Ohio and the hustle and bustle of life.
