My family of five resides on a five acre wooded parcel in Middletown and we rent our 2 bedroom 2 level guest house to guests visiting our area. As we live on same property we are in close proximity to handle all the guests needs. We also both work locally so are always on the island and able to make any arrangements for cleaning, service and special accommodations as needed. We share our chicken eggs, garden produce, games, toys and yard with our guests who visit making it a great vacation for families.

The house is 2400 square feet with open floor plan, large eat in kitchen that was renovated in 2012, all the amenities of home, a walk out living room onto red brick patio with gas grille and fire pit and outdoor dining area. Hammocks and lounge chairs allow you to rest after a long day of sight seeing or beach going! A new inground swimming pool is shared by the owners with all guests. It is 16X34 feet with walkin stairs and four foot low end for cooling down on those hot August days.
