Chuck, my husband, is a retired architect and my back ground is in interior design, photography and art. However, I chose to be a stay at home mom for our two beautiful daughters. We are very adventurous, athletic and outdoorsy. We love to travel and have been to many places. I am from the Netherlands, so we travel back to Europe quite often. It is one of our favorite destinations. There are so many other places we want to see one day, especially South America and explore more of Mexico. We enjoy the Mexican people and their culture very much. We can't complain about the food either. We are not much into 5 star traveling, even though we have done it from time to time. We find that when you go off the beaten path and stay at different homes, B&B's or small non-chain hotels instead of big luxurious hotels, you meet the most interesting people and learn the most of one's culture.

Our moto in life: collect as many positive experiences and friends rather than personal possessions.
