We live in Calgary and have two little tykes that love to swim and have seen a lot of the world. Before we became parents, my wife and I had a chance to look all around AZ and we really liked what we found. Having an appreciation for the beauty and natural diversity of the state, we thought it would be great if we could spend more time here during our long winters. We found ourselves a great place in Goodyear and we would like to be able to spend more time there in the winter. Our oldest child is just eight so we obviously are quite aways from being able to spend the majority of our winters in AZ. So what the heck...our home can be your home while we are not able to take full advantage of it. I am privileged to fly for a fantastic airline and one of the benefits is that we fly down here all year round. We just purchased the home this summer and have completely repainted the entire interior. We have gone to great pains to lovingly furnish this home with great quality furniture and all the trappings to make this house a comfortable home. All mattresses, sheets, bedding and appliances are brand new as are all towels and appliances. We have only recently made our home available to VRBO & subsequently just had our first review. We are looking forward to making our guests comfortable and getting great feed back to work with going forward. We hope that we can play a role in making your time here in the West Valley truly fantastic.

Close proximity to Phoenix without all the traffic headaches. Lots of golf courses in the area with quick access. Private setting with a fantastic backyard and pool in a great neighbourhood. Single story home is ideal for those who are getting a little 'long in the tooth' and would rather avoid negotiating stairs. The lay out of this fine home is well thought out and as such, affords a feeling of spaciousness. This is a great home be it for several couples on a golfing holiday or for the retired couple to invite their kids & grandkids over for a great vacation. If you need to dash out to the store everything you need is within 5 to 10 minutes tops. If chilling out in the backyard or patio is your thing, then look no further as we have one of the nicest resort like settings you could hope to find.
