Experienced travelers know that their choice of lodging defines their journeys. Sustain your Santa Fe memories with Two Casitas.Having been raised in Chicago, I knew did not want to spend my life in the big City. When traveling out west back in 1975 I came through Santa Fe and fell in love with Northern New Mexico's incredible sky's and landscape. Such a intimate little village offering culture and arts. I found the people here especially back in '75 to be the most authentic people I had ever met and I decided to make Santa Fe my home.
I raised my only child here which has been life's biggest gift. My family of origin has moved here is well. My mother Phyllis Kapp is a well known local water color artist who owns the Waxlander Gallery on Canyon Road.
I have always been intrigued with the architecture and and its earthy nature of the homes in Santa Fe and I started to purchase real-estate. I started my business back in 98 with just two casitas, thus the name. The business grew organically from there. People started asking me to manage their homes. Two Casitas now boasts an inventory of 30 homes. Most all walking distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road and the Rail Yard district..
