This unit is a very special unit in terms of location and size. If you are not familiar with the hotel, there are a few things that you need to know. This unit is on the north side which is the preferred side because you can see straight out on the beach and all the way up the coast. On the south side of the hotel you cannot see down the beach because the apartment building to the south is too close and blocks the view. One more and very important thing is the size of the units available. This apartment is the largest of the suites available. This exclusive enclave is directly across from the celebrated Bal Harbour Shops and mere minutes from the vibrancy of South Beach, Miami, and the area's premier events such as the world-renowned Art Basel.
