We are a happily married couple with a 12 year old boy and 9 year old girl. Having lived in Texas for many years, we now consider Woodstock, Vermont our 'heart home' (although we have to commute back to Texas for forty-something weeks a year to work!)

We first visited Vermont in 2006. Within minutes of crossing the state line, we found ourselves stopping the car every 5 minutes to stop, get out, and gawk at the natural beauty and wonders! The first time we visited Woodstock, we felt like we were walking into a Norman Rockwell painting. After looking for the perfect vacation home for at least two years, we finally found Maplewoods. Peaceful and secluded, nestled into the side of Dunham Hill, Maplewoods sits alongside the babbling waterfall that runs down the side of the hill. Although nestled into many acres of beautiful woods just ripe for exploration, we love the fact that we are just south of the Woodstock Country Club golf course and only two miles from the historic Village Green.
