We started traveling on vacation to the area searching for our future 'retirement home'. We always thought that we would purchase a home in a nice quiet neighborhood and maybe be lucky enough to have a pool. Each year that we came down we spent more and more time on the beaches of Florida. Each day we would travel to a different beach, Venice, Honeymoon, St. Pete's, Pass-a-grill, Clearwater. After several years we realized that we did not want a home in a nice quiet residential area, we wanted to be on the BEACH.
