We provide short and long term rentals in the West Palm Beach area. With attention to detail we try to accommodate all of our guests needs. We are quite proud of our long term rental program with our average tenancy in the 4-5 year range. At the present time our legal allowed tenancy is one month, however we are in the process of transitioning towards the short term rental market and applying for the appropriate licensing.
