In 2010 we, Frank ter Horst and Elvira W., founded East Village Concepts based on our shared experience in and enthusiasm for the hospitality industry. The BreakOut Room is our latest project. And let's not forget to introduce Bleecker Houston, the Company Dog. Bleecker was "officially" born January 1st, 2011. He is from Spain and came to Holland with his mother and little brothers and sisters; we got him as a puppy.
