We have furnished and equipped this property as a home not a basic rental. You have your own private, heated pool, BBQ and golf cart with your stay. Our property manager lives in the town just outside the resort so is available for assistance to our guests at all times. We have a flexible cancellation policy and very reasonable rates in relation to comparable properties in this luxury resort. There are 3 spacious bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The bedrooms each have a bathroom with two sinks and large shower while the master bathroom also has a jacuzzi tub. The condo is located in a quiet, secluded area inside the gates of the Punta Mita resort in El Encanto near the St. Regis Resort and on the golf courses. Staying inside the gates is the only access to these two Jack Nicolas Signature golf courses. There are top rated tennis courts as well. The Residents Beach Club provides spa services, pools, childrens play area, secure beach and full service restaurant with complimentary towel service and concierge services available. Kayaks and paddle boards are available at the Beach Club. Surfing, fishing, zip lines and horseback riding are available nearby. We have a Premier Membership so you have access to BOTH beach clubs and both golf courses as well. The new Kupuri Beach Club is spectacular and available only to Premier Members and/or their guests.
