I'm a single man of 60 years who has been living in Ft Lauderdale for the past 31 years, originally from eastern PA. I live next to the property and take pride in my properties and hope to offer a little home away from home for travelers to south Florida. I try to be responsive to any of my renters needs. As I am local I deal with my guests directly to resolve anything from key exchanges, to arranging for cleaning if desired, to repairs, and anything in between. All of my properties are fully furnished.
