We are a friendly couple who understand our tenants’ need for privacy, security and safety. We attend quickly to any problems should they occur, and this extends further than just rooms. We have rescued tenants who were lost, transported others who needed medical help, and helped translate documents. One time we received a call in the middle of the night from a female tenant who thought someone was trying to get into her window. We were there in three minutes and found that it was just a cat climbing up her window's security screen. Another late night emergency call turned out to be a possum running across the roof. From our own experiences travelling overseas, we know how difficult it can be to find good service. Our tenants will not suffer this problem.
