The owners are full-time residents of Sag Harbor, and live in their home year round with 2children who attend Sag Harbor elementary school. This apartment is only available on weekends and in the summer with a few exceptions. The Gingerbread House apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, linens, dishware plus TV and wireless internet access. It has its own private entrance and parking space, and the deck is screened for guest privacy. Gingerbread house apartment has central heat and a/c is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter months.
We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
