I am a 56 year old man who lives and works in Skiathos during summer.I am living at a studio which is nearby but separate from the villa that I rent.The villa is built at the top of a hill,has sea view and it is surrounded by a large garden area that I personally take care of it.It is important to mention that my presence at the rental area is very discrete and is basically for taking care of the house cleaning,the swimming pool cleaning and respond to the needs of my guests.
