I am agriculturist and like traveling, urban exploring, cycling, sailing by catamaran, slow food, wine, ouzo, raki, mouhabet (to be with friends), fados, swing, greek traditional music, opera, "bread and cheese" making.
Walking tour in Thessaloniki which is an UNESCO world heritage site because the Byzantine churches and fortification walls.
Sailing time by my Top cat speedfire catamaran which lays in a nautical club 10 km far away. Up to two people;

From the shorefront of the Thermaikos bay to high up on the mountains of the region and back down to the plains, the area of Thessaloniki is home of many famous wines. In the mountainous parts of the region, on the southeast slope of Vertiskos, just before the traditional settlement of Ossa, the vineyards are stretched amidst clumps of oak, beech and chestnut trees. Alongside the vineyards, sites of archeological interest, exquisite churches, monasteries and museums await for the demanding traveller.
The Thessaloniki Route wineries are: Domaine Gerovassiliou in Epanomi and the Babatzimopoulos' winery in Ossa Lagada.
