My name is Marianne, I'm living in Belgium-Europe with my family, that's why I delegate the management of Rumah Santai to my helpdesk who is located in the north and who will take care of you during your stay.
After booking, you can email to my helpdesk the date of arrival, flight nr or pick up place to arrange transportation.
She will support you during your stay and you can ask her everything you need about the villa, staff, additional meal or cleaning and driver + possible activities in the country..
A guestbook with information about the villa and area will also be available in the house.
