We started renting luxury vacation rentals to large extended family groups in 1996 when we built our first oceanfront vacation home on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Over the last 13+ years, we have built an additional oceanfront home and just completed a luxury family vacation rental in the mountains of Western Maine (Sunday River Ski Area). Our homes are geared towards large family groups and sleep from 18 - 38 people comfortably. We distinguish our properties by providing a beautiful custom decor; outstanding views; proximity to beach/resort; private bathrooms in all bedrooms; large, well equipped chef's kitchens which are a dream to cook in; spacious living areas; swimming pools; hot tubs; fireplaces; rec rooms with pool tables and big screen tv's; surround sound; WIFI; books; games; etc. etc.
We have travelled extensively throughout the world. Now that we have kids of our own, we vacation annually with 7 families and have designed our homes through personal experience!
