Lauri and I live on Folly Beach, we have three children and three grand children. We built this house for our daughter and her family to live in while they completed school. They have recently moved which gives us the ability to rent the home as a vacation rental.

We chose to build this particular design because for the large porch and open floor plan. It was designed by Allison Ramsey Architects in Beaufort SC.
