This Unit is privately owned, Patti and I (AL) Lease this unit by the month or months if needed. The HOA charges $100.00 for new tenant processing, paid separately. We also live in Florida and this is our Waterfront Retreat. We are always here to meet your needs. We enjoy this unit very much and hope you do to. This unit is close to everything, walking, driving or boating, your in the center of what Bradenton, Anna Maria and Long Boat Key has to offer. No disappointments
