I am a 66 years old Portuguese woman living between Lisbon and Arraial d´Ajuda. I rent out my house in Arraial when I am not there. I have a housekeeper who takes care of the property and he is responsible for the security and maintenance of the garden and swimming pool when the house is rented.
I love my house in Arraial and I am particularly proud of the garden.
It is an elegant yet very simple fully furnished and equiped house with internet and cable tv.
The birds and the sea 200meters away make the surrounding music. More than this there is silence and peace.
