I am a Nurse Practitioner who has been living at my property for nine years. Most of that time, The Cottage was available for family and friends to visit. Over time, most of them have already moved here to Sarasota County so The Cottage is not used much anymore. It is now available for you to become part of our "family." As I live in the Main House next door, you will have concierge service readily available so you are never unassisted. My goal is to provide excellent customer service to make your stay here memorable. Don't be surprised if you find homemade baked goods, a bottle of chilled wine and dinner for two waiting for you upon arrival (for those with reservations of a week or longer). Smoking areas are available outdoors and on your personal lanai, there is the possibilty that your small pet will be welcome and I offer a myriad of services at an extra charge to make your visit carefree. Please just ask.
