My wife and I look forward to welcoming you to our home. You have private access to the studio apt. We have bikes, snorkeling gear, boogie boards and can tell you the best places to use them or to do anything fun in this town. I moved here from Nebraska 30 years ago and take pride in knowing, and sharing, the best that San Diego has to offer.

Just so you know:
- Mission Bay Park is just a 4 blocks away and there are lots of open areas and playground equipment there as well.
-Our back yard is synthetic turfed so it's always nice and never muddy;)
-We are super centrally located!
-Zoo is 10-15 minutes away
-Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach 5 minutes away
-Little Italy and downtown 5-10 minutes away
-Legoland is up the coast in Carlsbad which is about a 30 minute drive but I would suggest making it a 40 minute drive and take the 101…it's "southern California" beach towns all the way up and fun to check out if you are not familiar with the coast.
