We live in Mesa AZ, we own a cabin and condo in this wonderful vacation community and decided to share our condo suite with renters to enjoy this unique community that we love so much! We have been renting and cleaning our condo suite the last few years ourselves and this allows us to add that personal touch. We are proactive in meeting the needs of our renters needs and have enjoyed meeting some of the repeat renters over the few past years. We like to encourage bookings during local events so people can enjoy the small town charm and fun. Events from 4th of July to October Fest and anything in between. This condo and vacation community is a one stop deal with the unique charm of this little western town with it's great onsite amenities. However keep in mind it is surrounded by national forest for nature, hiking, fishing-5 nearby lakes-1 offers boat/kayak rentals and there is also a ATV Rental Shop up the road as well! Pine Meadow Golf Course is just across the way for your golfing pleasure. We call our place "Suite Deal Condo" because it truly is a sweet little deal!
