I'm a person that loves to put my best foot forward and my vacation properties are no exception. I (and family) take pride in our properties and we are responsive to our guests needs in intuitive way. Since we are avid vacationers ourselves, we know what takes to make every vacation a holiday. In a small town like Harlan we love to make you feel safe and welcome! I a sure you that there is no other property that can compare to my four guesthouses.

All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home!
Vela's Villa is a private little neighborhood within a neighborhood--a group of houses sharing the same lot, located a block away from historic Harlan, Kentucky's downtown. Nestled in a valley in the ancient and enchanted Appalachian Mountains, we provide guests with fully-furnished and fully-equipped homes away from home.
