My husband and our 2 children recently came down to Florida ourselves for the very first time, and fell in LOVE with Florida and all it has too offer... thus we decided it was a great opportunity to purchase this rental villa, and be able to offer other people like ourselves who dream of the same vacation of a lifetime!! We plan on using it for ourselves when we can, thus it will always be maintained as if we are living there!
After renting a different house ourselves, we loved the concept of the private house and pool after a long day in the parks vs a public hotel & pool with more screaming kids! The house we stayed in was a bit small, and much older than this one. It was quite a bit further to Disney than this one.
Thus we decided to start our house hunt! After searching through about 15 houses and 6 different communities.. Glenbrook came out on top every time!!
