Together with my partner I have lovingly restored a 17th C Valletta townhouse and we have managed to create 4 independent self catering apartments. The apartment are completely private and have all the modern necessities including air conditoning in the bedrooms. We live onsite in the top 2 floors so there is always someone available for any assistance. Basically it is managed like a boutique hotel as we have a fulltime housekeeper who is always on call.
