We left our busy lives near Oxford-UK (Joe in the 'corporate world', Carolyn in Education) together with our dog, Django, for a new life in Le Marche. We decided to settle in this area, after spending a few holidays here and chose our villa as soon as we first saw the breath-taking views! In our first year we renovated the Villa, developed our two holiday apartments, constructed a swimming pool and landscaped the gardens and grounds. We live in the main part of the Villa and have our own private entrance, terrace & gardens. Django is very friendly & well behaved; he spends most of his time with us and sleeps inside. We always respect the privacy of our guests, but are happy to help should you need assistance during your stay.

We have both lived & worked in Italy before (Joe is fluent in Italian); we love the way of life, history, culture, landscape and, of course, the food! It's a pleasure to now share our lovely spot with those wishing to discover the magic of Le Marche!
