We are a married couple with 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren, who spend 6-7 months at our 2nd home. We have both cleaning and repair personnel on call to take care of any problems. Over the past 6 years of renting the condo ourselves we have found both our guests and us have had a much better experience. We treat our guests like how we would like to be treated.
