We have lived in this area for 40 years. We love the area and have travelled throughout Colorado. We have been renting out this condo for several years and have met some great people. My husband is a retired school teacher and runs his own production company. I am a Nanny, office manager, girl friday and a grandmother. We enjoy biking hiking and cross country skiing and snow shoeing. We can show you lots of great places or we can leave you to yourself to explore on your own. It is up to you.
