My name is Perrakis C. and I am an accommodation manager for the "Olive Tree Apartments" & "Revekka Bed & Breakfast" lodgings, living in West Crete Kissamos.
With more than 12 years experience in travel industry (travel agencies, incoming tourism, operation, hotel reservations, shipping companies), where i served in a number of management positions.The last 3 years am in charge of corporate hospitality & delivering the highest standards of service consistently. Also responsible for being a point of contact for guests should they have any queries.
In charge of the budgeting and financial management, planning, organising and directing of all hotel services.Meeting and greeting customers.Addressing problems and troubleshooting.
Ensuring compliance with all licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.Carrying out reception duties or serving meals and doing everything with the hotel customers in mind.
I am married with one child. Hobbies are basketball, reading, cooking.
