We live in Fort Collins, CO and love the mountains. We wanted to have a place to share with our kids while they are still young enough to think that Mom and Dad are pretty fun. We have skied all over Colorado and hiked around the world. What immediately attracted us to Crested Butte was the quaint town that had escaped the rampant development and mass-marketed feel of the mega-resorts. When we saw this unit for sale with its huge wrap-around decks and windows facing the mountain, ski-in/ski-out, we snatched it up as quickly as we could. It's really one of the best values on the mountain, and we love it.
