This condo had been our home for 12 years, until retirement this last year and we made some changes and downsized and now maintain two smaller places (here on Island and New Braunfels) to be closer to our son, his wife and our new grandson. We rent the condo out for people to use as vacation, fishing resort, or regular residence. We keep all appliances and amenities as if we were still living there and it is fully furnished and functional. We are only 2 blocks away, in case of an emergency, we can be there quickly to help or fix/replace anything in the rare occurrence that is is needed. This a great spot for vacations and getting away to the Island for some down time.
