Mrs. Dyon Woolcock has in excess of three decades of experience in the Information Systems/Information Technology Industry – including considerable experience at the executive management level, and in consultancy, project management and business development. Her work experience has spanned working as an employee in the private sector, and with the Government of Jamaica; and; as an independent consultant operating her own management consulting firm.
Mrs. Woolcock was appointed a Justice of the Peace for the Parish of Kingston in 1997 and continues to provide service in that capacity. She has served on the Council of the Jamaica Computer Society and as Vice President of that body.
She holds a BSc (Natural Sciences) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus). In addition, she holds an Executive Certificate in Management & Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
After ten (10) years of employment with a company owned by the Government of Jamaica; the last two years of which she held the position of Managing Director; Mrs. Woolcock retired in November 2010, and now:
• Manages her own vacation rental property in Florence Hall Village, Falmouth, Trelawny (“The Pineapple Place”), and
• Provides Property Management Services, primarily to Jamaicans living abroad with (vacation and other) properties in Jamaica.
As the manager of properties intended for vacation (and short-term) occupancy, Mrs. Woolcock understands the importance of:
• On-time service-delivery;
• Attention to details, and the “little things that matter”;
• Customer satisfaction

firstly,the online ammenties includes a tv but didn't say there was no cable attached,you will find out payment is extra for cable,no microwave available also.extra payments if you have visitors,the property manager lives two houses away so at the end of your stay she would tell you how many visitors you have and demand extra payments.i would never stay here again.
