We've have owned this property since 2007. We're very proud of it and keep it in top condition as we use it frequently to get away. When we decided for a second home my wife's desire was to find a airy and spacious first floor apartment with a beautiful beach, easy access from San Juan, no stairs and well kept gardens and facilities. We were lucky to find Malibu Beach where all apartments look toward the gardens or the beach. We call our apartment at Malibu Beach 'La Casa Chiquita' or Our Petite Home.
