I'm 66 years old living in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I rented three condos in South Carolina prior to purchasing my second home on Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida, which I now rent out annual rental furnished. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. I deal with my guests directly for any repairs, maintenance contract work, and cleaning, but use a rental realtor for key exchanges and contract legal issues, and utility transfers. My rental properties are fully furnished and have all the basic amenities of home, including basic linen and washer/dryer!
