We are Larry and Suzi .. We're both from Oregon and have lived in and traveled to many US and overseas locations. We moved to Seattle in 1992 to make this our forever home. Restoring it to its original condition while remodeling and upgrading it to accommodate modern features has been our passion. Our basement was our latest project – over a year in the making, we have transformed over 500 square feet of space into an apartment that provides all the comforts of home.

We selected this location for its historical heritage, convenient access to all Seattle has to offer, and friendly neighborhood atmosphere. You will definitely feel welcome here.

We like to think we have good experience with most of the things to do in Seattle, and we always like to share such information with other people. There are lots of things to do and so little time to do them! We are always available to help you plan and then enjoy your Seattle trip. We truly look forward to meeting you.
